At MedalRise, your satisfaction is our priority. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns if the products have not been opened, used, or tampered with, and if they are in their original sealed packaging.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European law, you have a period of 60 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be new, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Items whose seal, protective film, or security seal has been removed cannot be returned.
Exceptions
- Opened or used cosmetic products : no return or refund possible for hygiene reasons.
- Sale items or gift cards : non-refundable.

After validation, we will send you the return instructions. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, and the parcel must be returned to France.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- If the product meets our return conditions (unopened, intact packaging), we will proceed with the refund via your original payment method.
- The refund will be visible within 10 business days (timeframe may vary depending on your bank).
