ARTICLE 1 - PURPOSE

These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") are intended to define the terms and conditions for using the website published by the Operator (hereinafter the "Site").

Any browsing on the Site implies the user's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

ARTICLE 9 - ONLINE SALES

The conditions applicable to orders placed on the Site (price, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal, warranties, after-sales service) are detailed in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) available on the Site.

These Terms do not replace the GTCS.

The new terms shall apply as soon as they are posted online on the Site.
It is the user's responsibility to consult this page regularly.


ARTICLE 11 - APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
